<p>One of my better meals!</p>
<ul>
<li>Zone correct portion of shrimp with old bay spices.</li>
<li>9 cashews</li>
<li>Alot of Zuchinni and Squash (I can&#8217;t remember how much now but it was the correct amount per the zone guide I use)</li>
</ul>
<p>The problem with making nice meals like this is my dear sweet wife starts eating my food when I am not looking.  I&#8217;m now making extra just for her, if she doesn&#8217;t eat it then I use it for my 1 block snack later.</p>
