You would think that I would be tired of this breakfast but so far I’m still enjoying it. 4 egg whites .5 cup of salsa 1 cup of mixed berries 1 tsp of cod liver oil 9 cashews
1 oz Chicken 3 Cashews .5 Apple
1.5 cups of mixed berries .5 cup of salsa 4 Egg whites 2 cups raw spinach 1 tbs of Cod liver oil Water
Sweet potatoe, 3 oz. curry chicken, 3 macadamia nuts (ate them before the picture was taken, oops).
2 cups of raw spinach, 1 apples, 3 oz. Curry Chicken, 3 Macadamia nuts. Taste great.
