It is very interesting to see the weight spikes on this fitday graph. The spikes directly correlate with visits from the Carb monster (weddings, restaurants, etc). I weighed myself last Sunday and came up 189.02. Finally broke 190! I’ve gone out of town on business for the week, hopefully when I return home I’ll have continued to release/burn fat this week.
