			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I hit 185.4 this morning.  As I saw the number come up on the digital read out I wondered if perhaps I was cheating by weighing myself first thing in the morning.  While it is motivational for me to see the number go down I am sure I weigh more later in the day because of water loss over night and water replenishment during the day.</p>
<p>For now, I am going to assume that weighing myself as soon as I get up is a good thing as long as I do it at the same time everyday.</p>
<p>I am also going to figure out how to start adding my <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=62701&amp;u=297523&amp;m=10751&amp;urllink=&amp;afftrack=" target="_blank">Fitday</a> charts and food log to the blog.  While they are motiviational for me to see,  I would like to share them with everyone reading the blog.</p>

<p>Goals</p>
<ol>
<li>Go from 210 lbs down to 165 lbs without losing muscle.</li>
<li>I am going to do my best to not lose what little muscle I have.  I will not workout during the first few weeks because I am recovering from thumb surgery and a broken toe.  I will begin in a three weeks or so.</li>
<li>Keep track of my diet on a daily basis via <a href="http://familymanfitness.com/recommends/fitday" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='fitday';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">fitday</a>.</li>
<li>Weigh and measure my food until I become an expert at portion control.</li>
<li>Limit my restaurant meals and eat home prepared meals as often as I can.</li>
<li>Cut grain and dairy products out of my diet and eat only natural foods &#8211; Paleo Zone.</li>
<li>Take pictures daily of my progress and post the results once I am comfortable with the way my body looks.</li>
<li>Weigh and measure myself weekly and post the results.</li>
<li>See my 6 pack again.</li>
<li>Begin <a title="Crossfit HQ" href="http://crossfit.com" target="_blank">crossfit</a> training and increase my flexibility.</li>
<li>Journal on here daily about my progress and my life to some degree.</li>
<li>Post <a href="http://familymanfitness.com/recommends/fitday" style="" target="_blank" rel="nofollow" onmouseover="self.status='fitday';return true;" onmouseout="self.status=''">fitday</a> results once I buy the software and figure out how to post the results.</li>
