One of my better meals!

  • Zone correct portion of shrimp with old bay spices.
  • 9 cashews
  • Alot of Zuchinni and Squash (I can’t remember how much now but it was the correct amount per the zone guide I use)

The problem with making nice meals like this is my dear sweet wife starts eating my food when I am not looking.  I’m now making extra just for her, if she doesn’t eat it then I use it for my 1 block snack later.
