Goals
- Go from 210 lbs down to 165 lbs without losing muscle.
- I am going to do my best to not lose what little muscle I have. I will not workout during the first few weeks because I am recovering from thumb surgery and a broken toe. I will begin in a three weeks or so.
- Keep track of my diet on a daily basis via fitday.
- Weigh and measure my food until I become an expert at portion control.
- Limit my restaurant meals and eat home prepared meals as often as I can.
- Cut grain and dairy products out of my diet and eat only natural foods – Paleo Zone.
- Take pictures daily of my progress and post the results once I am comfortable with the way my body looks.
- Weigh and measure myself weekly and post the results.
- See my 6 pack again.
- Begin crossfit training and increase my flexibility.
- Journal on here daily about my progress and my life to some degree.
- Post fitday results once I buy the software and figure out how to post the results.
