I took pictures this morning and last night for my upcoming blog – http://www.crossfitallen.com. I plan to take four pictures of myself from the same vantage point in the same four poses every morning until I get down to my target weight. What I hope to do is stitch them all together and show a weight loss progression. Sort of a time-elapsed shrinking of my fat and increase of my muscles. Ultimately, I want the site to lead to opening of a Crossfit Gym in Allen by me. But first, I must have some money come into my life so that I can work out regularly with an established Crossfit Gym, obtain my Crossfit Certifications, pay the Affilate fees, buy equipment, and find a location for a the Gym.
Dear sweet wife is not happy about me eating five times a day. I’ve got to figure out a way to offset the grocery budget so she doesn’t harp on me too much. Additionally, she made a wonderful black bean and cheese lasagna – it was out of this world. I ate a small portion and then tried to offset the carbs by eating some nuts and chicken nuggets from my kids plate. Probably not the best choice but at least I controlled my eating of the lasagna. I felt like going back for seconds and thirds….;-). Additionally, one of our thoughtful church members brought some awesome looking brownies. I salivated while I watched the kids suck them down. I felt like a puppy watching a bone being eaten. I’m standing strong though!
