Woke up with a slightly stuffy head and mild headache. Probably because I staid up so late working on my speech.
For the first time in my life my stuffy nose is almost completely clear. I guess I should clarify, for the first time in my life without the use of a nasal steroid, Nasonex, or an anti-allergy, Astelin, my nose is completely clear. I believe it is because I have not eaten dairy in five days but will keep tabs on it over the next few weeks.
I haven’t weighed myself but just looking at the daily pictures I don’t think I have lost much if anything. I’ll go on faith for the first thirty days or so. If we start seeing results maybe the wife will let me put some of the grocery budget towards this experiment instead of me spending what little personal money I have.
I got my blog up and running and have installed a nice theme. I’ll port everything over to it this weekend. I’m little stressed today because I am scheduled to speak in front of the Dallas Bar Association tonight. I don’t feel prepared plus the last attendee count was over 150 people. Then again, I found out yesterday that the day I spoke in church there was close to 170 people in attendance. Perhaps I could get accustomed to speaking in front of large crowds….
