The usual but I’ve added something.  Can you tell what it is? 4 egg whites 1 tsp olive oil 2 cups of spinach .5 cup of salsa .5 cup of pineapple 1 tsp of cod liver oil I plan on going to fish oil as soon as I run out of the cod liver oil.
